I'm looking for people's opinions and experiences with clutch / flywheel combo's. Right now I'm looking into stage 1 from Exedy, ACT, and SPEC. Anyone have experience with these setup's?

I have the Exedy Stage 1 clutch and absolutely love it. It does kinda feel like the OEM clutch but the benefit is the engagement point is higher up and so just a quick tap and shifting is butter smooth. Some do say it'll wear out alot quicker then OEM but it really all does depend on driving habits rather than the clutch itself.

Thanks for replying. I have only found a few reviews for the Exedy stage 1 on a mz3. I'm waiting for THmotorsports to quote me on shipping costs before I decide to purchase. Any idea where I could purchase one in the GTA?

I went with the ACT 6puck. Normally that would mean a harsh engagement.... but I am going to use it with a new OEM Pressure plate. Both parts are sitting in the basement for almost a year now lol. The Stock Clutch wont die!! :)
From my research, it means great grab, and an almost stock feel.
