Having a minor problem with the presets on my Sirius radio that started a couple of days ago after the unit did an Program Update. I can no longer store any of the channels below 60 as a Preset. If the radio is on a channel below 60 when it is turned off it will always go back to 184. Called Sirius and they sent a reset but it did not appear to be received by radio.
I googled it and some say remove the fuse and others mentioned that they received a letter from Mazda.
Just wondering if anyone here has seen this problem and know the fix. Thought I check here before calling the dealership and trying to explain the problem.
