I would have to agree.
The new place is called Direct Mazda.
I live about 6 kms from them but I have been going to Oakville Mazda.
Great service, great people, and fresh baked cookies!
I kid you not!
It is worth the drive to Oakville Mazda.
See Tiffany, service manager and let her know you are member here.
They will take care of you.

You just ask a question and this girl has answers almost before you finish the question!

guys keep in mind that the 15% parts/labour only applies to mazda 3 cars...doesn't apply to any other mazda vehicle.
I just left Direct Mazda and I'm impressed with the service level so far.
I changed my tranny fluid with original mazda atf bought from them. When I bought it there were no parts dept reps there so one of the service guys sold me 7 liters for a drain and fill when you only need 4.
Eugene was there and took back the 3 l for a full refund against what their return policy says.
I also asked about a problem I have. My left axle seal was replaced by Miss Mazda under warranty and now it's leaking again and I'm out of warranty by 2k. Dorothy (don't know what her position is) offered to talk to the area manager to see if they can give me a discount on the repair since it wasn't my fault, I just have to call back and give them the vin # and she'll see what they can do.
Will keep you updated on how it goes...

Just to chime on Direct Mazda. They're a great dealership. Was there last night for four hours working out a deal and bought a 2010 Mazda3 GT. My wife had got her 08 Mazda3 GT Sport from theme two years. The reason we went back there was because of the great customer service and their will to deal. They wanted it to work out for us so they spent the time to make sure it happened.
We were also looking at the Rabbit and believe me, the VW dealership didn't want to budge. They didn't want the business bad enough.

Congratulation on the new purchase! How much of a discount were you able to wrangle from Direct Mazda? I'm planning to test their discount level soon! :) Which VW dealership did you visit?

+1
Mississauga Mazda was great when they first opened, haven't gone back since they now closed and re-opened as "DIRECT Mazda" 2 doors across. Oakville did my last service and I was impressed, worth the cruise out west, plus they are Mod-Friendly

Discount on a 2010 3 Sport GT-E is $1460 for a cash deal. Ontario Mazda quoted $1200-1600 for a cash deal.

went to direct mazda last week, was in a time crunch to get an oil change before a weekend trip and couldn't get in anywhere else until early this week as they were booked up.
they did a good job.
