Which dealer did you get your mazda 3 rust fixed?

Hey guys, I just want to do a survey and see which mazda dealers are the "nice" ones that will fix the rust within the 5 year warranty! Thanks

It's not up tot he dealer, but rather Mazda Canada. Every dealer must submit the request to Mazda Canada for approval. The delaer most interested in helping you, will be one that has been servicing your car.

True, but some Mazda dealers have certainly been more receptive than others in terms of taking customer complaints about rust seriously.

Also, once the work is approved, some dealerships do a better job on the rust work than others (whether they contract it out or not, some dealerships will definitely provide a better overall experience than others).

I went to Agincourt Mazda and they were very willing to try for me. Unfortunately as I mentioned in the other thread, my car looks to have been repainted on both rear quarters at some point, so they can't warranty it.

Not sure why it was repainted or when.
Not much rust either, just.. figured I'd try to get it fixed if I could since it would be free!

But call Agincourt, and ask to speak with Karen, she's the service manager.
