So on Tuesday, some door knob hit my car while I was at work and it ripped off the license plate bracket from my front bumper and left it on my hood for me to find. Luckily, no damage to the bumper at all.
I emailed the sales man who I purchased the car from (Abraham @ Avante) to see if he could find out the price to get it replaced. Gets back to me quickly with the prices and everything ($50+ tax, parts and labor..not bad).
I called Abraham this afternoon to see if he could get a service advisor to squeeze me, knowing that it would be busy on a Saturday afternoon. No problem, he told me.
Once I got to the dealership, I went to the Service counter and spoke with Jose. They had a lot of the stuff ready to go, and they took my keys. 1/2 hour later, my car is ready. On top of that he didn't even charge me for the labour so I walked out paying half what I expected.
