Problem with my Tail Lights

I have 05 Mazda 3 GT and I just noticed that the tail lights are not working but my brake lights, turn signals, parking lights and emergency lights all work. if you had similar experience please help me out.

On an '05? I'd start by checking whether bulbs are burned out or not. They are old enough!

Both right and left are not working? if thats the case it is strange that both would go at the same time or within days of each other. First check the bulbs..
