Picked up a set of RX-8's from an RX8Club member today!

Looks like a pretty tight fit! 225/45/18 (clearly not mounted yet)
My account was "validated" on the site today, so I thought, what the hell - I'll make a "WTB Rims - Toronto" post, not really expecting much - got PM'd pretty shortly after, the rims were stored at Scarboro Mazda - met up there, excellent guy to deal with.
Rims are in decent quality, little bit of curb rash - tires still have a fair amount of tread - $750!
Watch this thread, come Wednesday - if all goes well, I should have my pro-kits from SSG/NextMod and these RX8's installed!

How's the handling and braking any difference?

How's the handling and braking any difference?
it feels like it handles better, but it's kind of hard to tell, because i'm trying to drive more carefully - due to the drop of the springs.
haven't noticed a major difference in braking.
the car does "feel" heavier though, but it may just be in my mind...
