One of my friends is moving back to the states and he gave me his smart phone (samsung blackjack 2). The only problem is he was with Fido while i'm with rogers...
So my question is does anyone know a person who can unlock phones or has anyone unlocked a blackjack b4 and knows the "unlock code"?
Thanks

I'd suggest you go with ebay (http://cgi.ebay.ca/UNLOCK-CODE-FOR-ROGERS-SAMSUNG-Blackjack-jack-A736-A516_W0QQitemZ260338746317QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_De faultDomain_0?hash=item260338746317&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1215%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C 240%3A1318)
I've done it for several phones I've owned!

There are pure places. Pacific Mall, Flea Markets, China Town, almost all private cell phone stores you see. Sum don't advertise, u just hafta speak to them over the counter.

funny thing, i just came across a thread on howardforums about a deal on unlocking.
http://www.mobileincanada.com/?l=en&u=all&coupon=kijiji
$5 for a limited time.
i haven't tried it as i have no need for now but some people seem to have success with them.
