So here's the thing, i signed up to swagbucks.com and it's pretty much a search engine where you earn "swagbucks" just for searching. In turn you can use these swagbucks for prizes and such! 45 swagbucks can get you a $5 GC from amazon or starbucks.
It uses the search engine of Google and AskJeeves so if you're using google anyways, why not use the site to earn stuff if you'll be gettin the same search results?
