I am keeping my fingers crossed, but to me Manny doesn't seem to be training as hard for this fight as he was for De La Hoya or Diaz.

Before the fight, he is also going to debut his new entrance song, the one he sung himself.

My fiancee is Filipino so im rooting for Manny. Hatton has a very scrappy and ANNOYING style of fighting so it'll be interesting to see how Manny handles it. Hatton likes to flurry and then clinch so hopefully Manny can counter that...

yeah the part 3 is going to be out this weekend, i think.. I think HBO did that for Pacquiao vs de la Hoya too.. sort of letting everyone watching HBO that there's a PPV event coming up... go Manny!

Hatton has been training with Floyd Mayweather Sr for this fight and focusing more on his defense. That's fine but I htink it's too late to be trying to change your style that has already taken you to a 45-1-0 record before the biggest fight of your career (since his loss to Mayweather Jr).

What I could see happening is Manny's relentless style forcing Ricky to forget his training and revert back to his old style of boxing which I'm sure Manny/Freddie/Michael have been studying very hard allowing Manny to take control of the fight and win the decision

oh sorry mayweather was not his trainer that time... I got confused with HBO's video lol... anyway, what Freddie and Michael were saying, Hatton fights as hw was trained but tends to go back to his orig style of fighting. but this is a really interesting fight.

personally I think Manny's lead left will eventually become too elusive for even Hatton to consistently figure out. The mere fact that Manny even leads with his strong hand and is so effective with it is amazing to me.

ok done my research... lol... Mayweather Sr. was Hatton's trainer during his last fight (not with Mayweather Jr.), and that's what Freddie and Michael were watching. Knowing the style that Mayweather Sr wants to instill to Hatton, Freddie and Michael kept seeing Hatton go back to his previous ways.

and yes his left lead is really tricky... just when you are about to prepare for a follow up from right, the left is already the lethal blow :chuckle
