Ok, so i did search but my problems is different from the other post as people had problems in mainly 1st and 2nd gear

My problem is that whenever i press down on the clutch, i feel this vibration through the clutch. Now this is not normal as i never felt this before. The vibration only occurs when my car is in gear and im shifting up to another gear. When i depress the clutch, i test it by letting off the clutch a little slower and i feel the vibration as well.

Furthermore, my shifter feels very notchy. It doesn't shift smoothly and it feels like there is some resistance. Could it be that my tranny fluid is low?

This happened yesterday and it happened today but did not occur all the time. I was driving the whole day and it was fine until like 5pm and it started to act all weird again.

What could this problem be? My comprehensive 3year/80k just expired but i still have the 5year/100k. Will this be covered?

Also, as some of you might know, i am driving on 3 rims and 1 steelie which is causing my car to vibrate because of the different threads. But i dont think this should affect my shifter.

Anyone can help me as this is really annoying and it is affecting how i drive

the last I heard of a vibrating clutch, it was the start of some very bad things (bent connecting rod, engine about to blow)...the vibes get progressively worse, but kinda goes away as you drive....good luck.

Have you checked your transmission fluid level?

Is there a mechanic you trust that can take a look at it and give you an honest opinion? If not, it might be a good idea to take it in to a Mazda dealer and have it looked at before it gets worse...

It may not be anything serious, but always best to err on the side of caution! :)

I dont know anyone. I cant check the tranny fluid because the plug is on the bottom and i dont know where it is. I was told manual cars dont have a dipstick for the tranny oil and the only way is the check from the button by checking the level on the plug? I really dont know but i dont want anythign serious to happen to this car since i put so much time and money into it.

I think i'll try calling Jimmy and see if he can fit me in tomoirrow

On the neutral you are disconnecting wheels from primary shaft and shaft isn’t spinning, therefore you don’t have vibrations on the neutral. So, more like, the problem is located somewhere in clutch itself or in the primary shaft of gearbox. First that came in mind is
the unevenly worn clutch.
Synchros of 3,4,5 gears are allocated on the primary shaft . If shaft stops (usually, the clutch slightly pulling the shaft), you may to have problems with those gears. There could be a great number of causes. In any scenario you have to remove the gearbox.
