Vip Status Rims? help decide!

I got an all black mazda 3 08 with blacked all 4 windows tinted thinking of getting either all black rim with nice chrome lip:

the rim is going to be 18" havnt picked ne rubber yet but prob goin pirelli

which one would suit better?
