Looks like you have the same kit as me so probably have a relay in place. Is there a fuse?
When do the fogs turn on? Automatically as the car starts up or with the HID's as well?
if it's started automatically when the car starts could a few little surges that are making the bulbs go.

How are you handling the bulbs? Halogen bulbs get hot-spots and fail if you handle the glass and leave skin-oil or other contaminants on them... and next-day failure seems extreme..

It's not a fuse.. the bulb is actually blown.. the fogs are hooked up to a fog switch

i'm handling the bulbs carefully going straight from the packaging into the socket making sure the glass doesn't touch anything
