I was going to get a red one but I changed my mind at the dealer because it's a little too flashy for me.

I drove his car and it has a different power curve than my car. It pulls stronger in the top end than mine (I think) but it has less low end torque.

The SRT Calibers are pretty quick....too bad the interior quality is not even in the same league as the MS3.

Gotta love factory turbo cars for under $40,000.

I like the position of the intercooler, you see it in your rear view it just screams get the **** outta the way!:chuckle

There is no doubt that the finish on the MS3 is far superior. When the Caliber first came out I was think of getting one because it was 6,000 dollars cheaper than the MS3. Luckily I was able to get the the Mazda for the same price as the Caliber.

Huh? MS3 doesn't even have leather! Are you sure it was an SRT? A guy at my work has one and it looks like a beast! Too bad it's a Chrysler

Its not a matter of leather, that doesn't make an interior higher quality....Its the hard plastics, larger gaps and over all feel. Quite a few reviews have even compared the feel to Tonka toys. Its not the Calibers fault, Chrysler has the hardest plastics and cheapest interiors in the industry.

Sure the Caliber is fast and looks aggresive, but if I spend all my time inside the car, the quality better be good.

I guess it's the opinion of the person buying the vehicle! I almost bought the MS3 but I backed out because of the lack of options for a car of that price. I like the option of leather seats and it does make a difference!

you could get a katskins kit for the ms3... if you really need leather..

on the other hand.. you could custom wrap the caliber dash, doors and consol in alcantara for the same price and greatly improve the visual quality
