You have to use a third party hosting site such as photobucket or imageshack. They'll provide you with a tag line that you can cut and paste into your post.

Go to Photobucket or imageshack or any photo storage web site. Register it. Upload your pic from PC to the web. After the uploading is done, there will be a web link address.

Copy that address.

then type

past the web link in between the the img I wrote above.
