Anyone know what the warranty is on new tires? Car is a month old, bridgestone tires. Got a puncture last night and can't find an answer anywhere. Checked my manual and it states to look at the tire warranty brochure which I don't have. I have the 100,000km Mazda warranty.

double check with the dealership if you did get it. if not then your paying for a new tire out of your own pocket

If you don't remember if you have it... You probably don't.

Thanks Jeff. I didn't end up having it. Lucky for me the puncture wasn't too bad and I got it plugged. I've had many things puncture my tires over the years but never this. It was a key. Just like one you'd use to get into your house. How that got into my tread I have no idea.

Exactly....The pointy end of the key was in the tread and the head of the key was flat against the tire. It's almost as if someone planted it in the parking lot. If it was dropped by someone I highly doubt it would be sticking straight up.

Don't the tires have a warranty that would cover such a problem. I am in the same boat as the original poster. Car is a month old and I have a leak/puncture.

Go back and see if they will repair it patch it up for you. Shouldn't be too much. Especially if it's a one month old car, they may decide to do it as a sign of good will. Costs like 10-15 to patch so even if they decide they want to charge you, it's not a lot of money.
Also if that same tire fails again, at least since the dealer patched it there is at least some kind of record.

the only thing that will cover it is rim and tire protection plan if you have it other then that nothing will cover it because it is regular use and not a manufacturer defect
