Hey guys,

I had some terrible news on saturday morning. I took my car to crappy tire for a wheel alignment. The only reason I went there is because it is almost $50 cheaper then mazda. Anyways my car is pulling to the right slightly, so when I took it in. The mechanic said no alignment is required but my right front wheel bearing is failing and my left one started to open up. I almost flipped out. I got my car new exactly one year ago yesterday and my bearings are gone already? Is this common on our 3's?? It's going to Whitby Mazda tmw morning to have it inspected. I'll keep posting updates as they happen. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

One of my front wheel bearings needed to be replaced, but at about 95,000 km. It was fixed under extended warranty.

I don't think it's a common problem with these cars but just bad luck that yours went all ready

yeah I can't believe it's gone at this mileage. on my neon I never changed it until 145,000kms. As for warranty, it better be covered or im going to let loose at whitby mazda. Im still with in my bumper to bumper coverage so we'll see tmw. I'll keep everyone posted.

As long as your not lowered it shouldn't be any problem get it done under warranty as these cars have 80,000km bumper to bumper warranty and 100,000km power train warrnty
