Rear passenger door won't open!

For some reason the rear passenger door won't open. It feels like it's stuck in the locked position and not unlocking. Power locks are working fine and the child safety lock protection is off.

Any ideas?

Yeah I tried that as well. But the key fob works as well as it does lock and unlock.

Wondering if it is possible to take the door apart from the inside (worst case scenario)?..

I do still have the extended warranty that ends in this October. But does the warranty actually cover this issue?
