Hey Guys just Thought i would give everyone an update...
Just Y-Day I Picked up a new Summer Ride for myself

Picked up the new 2009 Nissan 370Z Sport in Yellow
The car is an absolute beauty and i am completely in love
I Was driving it around y-day and it was a pure thrill the sound of this ride great...i'm probably going to leave the car stock as it is the sport model and comes with everything I Need

Once Summer is over the car goes over to My Mom as her dual car and i will be getting a Rx8 most likely a bit used in December

My 3 will remain in my hands as a winter beater, the best winter beater I Could ask for

I have truly enjoyed my time here at the TM3 Club and will continue to drop by in my new still JDM rides ...

Thanks, But no Part out is going to occurr im keeping everything, im planning on keeping my 3 modded and i'm still going to add a system and sirius radio to the 3, i absolutely love sirius radio on the Z

Well the purchase was made completely by my dad, he was looking for a infinity G37 for my mom, but instead found this a lot more sportier, he bought it fro Dixie Nissan Y-day...Its for my Mom starting December So i have the Car for a couple months then --> Rx8 (since i need atleast a 4 seater)

Il Defnly bring it to a La Paloma or Masiv onday Coming Up...Sure il take you for a spin lol.... the interior is absolutely Mint ...Its identical to this pic...its a silverish white leather interior...and i love the guages in the centre =P

Hahaha I Guess Soo....My dad has the Cayman S... So My Mom was a little jealous and wanted a sports car...so this is the outcome...she had the Volvo Xc90 Sport and we are still keeping that Car as well...I Get to Keep the Z till December when i get the Rx8 ...so it seems like everyone in my fam is converting to sport cars lol.... and my brother just turned 16...soo we will so what comes along his way

Just having a Car in Uni takes care of the ladies.... Bringing this bad-boy to York You have no idea how excited i am, ive been getting soo many texts for rides, Ive got a date planned for Saturday @ Yuks Yuks and il be driving in style

Well you should have no trouble going to the Rx-8 from the 370 since it has similar rims... =)

Im Truly excited for the Rx8.... i had a poster of the car in my room when i was like 12...when it was a concept...and now i can finally drive one ...this time im going STICK :chuckle

the AT is fun too just a little laggy! auto rev match downshift is silky smooth! You can even do 2-1 by flicking the pedal at 30km/h and it goes vroooooooooom and so many girls stare.... i've done it before on a VQ37 AT hahahhaha:blush

Well what can you do she can't drive stick and she does a lot of city driving...my mom mostly just cares about the music system and power

A Car should have nothing to do with your game at all...its just an added bonus when going out on dates... But i would love to keep the Z i absolutely love the car...but i need the 4 seats...i live with 9 room-mates and its cheap on insurance for me ...But i Feel What youre saying the the 370Z is really an upgrade compared to an 07 08 RX8

Yeah you know what im still contemplating if i want to stay with Auto...almost 90% of my driving is rush hour and in dowwntown...the 350Z is a great car....defnly take it out for a test drive....plus the paddle shift makes the car really fun...Stick just doent accomodate my lifestyle....

On a side note i may be getting the rx8 this summer....maye sometime real soon...so feel free to msg me if you can seem to locate a used auto Rx8 thats going for a good deal.... i really want one in black or Blue and then if i have to grey and red are options as well

Everyone always seems to rag on me for liking auto...its auto with paddle shifters thats good enuff for me ....i live basically downtown and i drive in basically all rush hour...i can drive stick....but auto just suits my lifestyle...it just makes driving soo much easier...you can argue that im not truly driving the car and its not fun...but i enjoy driving regardless and this car is perfect for me ...my dad just put a deposit on it ..im test driving it tonite...this looks to be my future car :):):)

with a rx8, your "4 seats" is basically 2 seats.

auto is good, in some application it works better than AT.

but the rx8 auto is not as good as your 370z'. its laggier, the downshifts are slow and jerky and the car don't have much power downlow and takes sometime to climb up to powerband.

I was talking to the guys after track day on Sunday, and you know what...when you're doing 160 down the straight and you have 300ft to slow down, the last thing on your mind is whether you're driving a manual or auto...in fact, I'm the first one to say that if I have a 370Z manual w/ rev match, I'd have faster lap times...

it's all well and good to say that you can preform perfect heel-and-toe downshift slowing down for a stop light...it's another thing all together when you're going full tilt...

Bottom line: for a good driver, the tranny isn't as important as ie. ultimate grip and steering/transient response for fast lap times. furthermore, shifted-auto's or manumatics offer equivalent performance at better consistency...so why not embrace technology?

having said that, I think girls like guys who drive stick...girls just like guys who can do thing they deem difficult...and to be honest, I find girls who drive stick sexy as well...

and rx8 in auto is like a v6 mustang for chicks and hair dressers. for a dd it's bad in traffic like an s2000, where you need to keep the revs high to get enjoyment out of it, then you add a transmission that is not suited to the car.

Its my moms Car and my weekend car, and i just purchased a Audi A3 S line...I Didn't go with the Rx8..theres a new thread in the members section
