New plug recommendations and DIY stuff

I'm trying to find some instructions on how to change the plugs, also recommendations on which plugs to use.

I have the COBB AP and Air intake, 34k on the car.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Their is a thread somewhere about this..but anyway take the plastic cover off and the plugs are their....as for what to use i would use the oem ones
