Shows how Bill 203 is too vague and how if left up to the judgement of cops like this.. someone could severely get screwed.
"The accused has been suspended from duty with pay and will appear in a Brampton court on July 13th. He's charged with three counts of breach of trust and one of obstructing justice."
how is suspending with pay actually makes sense?? and FINALLY!!!

A light tap on the wrist, paid vacation to stay out of the media's sight for 2-3 weeks (probably doing some desk work), then back out into the open as if nothing wrong was done. Sounds about right to me.

I don't agree with the "with pay" aspect of this, but if otherwise, it'd be a presumption of guilt by his employer.

i want to become a police officer right? but this shit pisses me off. I would never give a ticket out to someone who didnt deserve it. Its like basically as i said before, police can make things happen that actually didnt. say im going 120 and a police officer pulls me over says im doing 150 its like wtf. it hasnt happened. but you never know.. just ask these 3 people.
