Hi i have a '10 Mazda3 GT got it about a month ago

- problem 1
just a few days ago i found that my radio starting to get lots of statics while the vehicle is moving

- problem 2
my front passenger windows move slower than other windows. and the windows dont' go down completely. there's a tiny bit of windows left after i roll it down. and i can push them down a lil bit using my finger. I am wondering if the slowness and the leftover after roll down are related.

Mayb i am getting paranoid, but i keep think that happened after one of my idoit frd slammmed my door (he thought my car is some kind of old 1995 car where u have to slam th edoor) very hard, i mean very hard.... sigh..

can anyone shed some light?

PS. I bought it to Queensway Mazda and they checked it and they told me all other 10 mazda 3 have similar statics and its normal. But my car has absollutely more statics to the point where it becomes very annoying

(station where statics are especaillly obvious are FM 96.3, 97.3 AM 680) these stations play quieter music/ /news/ /talking making the statics more observable and you may check it out.

and the windows thing... geez i just hate that it's not perfect

Bring it to another dealer for a second opinion. My 2010 GT doesn't have any of the problems yours has.

+3? my FM does not have any more static then normal for FM. the sirius radio sounds like junk, the bluetooth music is so so, the AUX is great, and the CD w/centerpoint sounds FANTASTIC

To the OP, definitely get it checked out at another dealer. Sounds like whatever dealer you are taking it to now is giving you the runaround.

the windows do not seat all the way inside the doors... its normal for the top of the window to be visible on this car... and cars with antenna's inside the glass allways suck balls for reception

we purchased a Mazda 3 touring and the windows do go all the way down into all 4 doors. I think it's really weird that yours goes down all the way if you push it with your finger. Definitely something that should be fixed under warranty. I do agree with the radio reception though. I "scan" the stations a lot and found that quite a few of the ones I used to get in my Explorer, sound "staticy" in our Mazda 3. I was actually googling this when I saw your blog so I was relieved to see in wasn't just our vehicle that does this. We may get an after market antenna to see if it helps. Or maybe I'll just have to get a new ipod touch & use the auxillary option !!http://torontomazda3.ca/forum/images/smilies/smileyiagree.gif!! Thanks for the info!!!:agree:agree

My windows work perfectly. Also, I get excellent reception on my radio. I can get 95.7 up in Barrie and 97.7 from St. Catherines.

Bring it to another dealer and get to check it out. Hopefully you don't have a lemon
