A long story short, I am very pleased of the great service I have gotten from MoT, more specifically Jeff (The Business Manager). My very first Mazda 3 I ever owned is now on the streets following a flawless delivery on the 7th (Tuesday this week). I visited them a little over a week prior to delivery to sign all the papers, luckily the colour I wished for wasn't anywhere close by, I went with the black which was sitting in another pound in the country. This sped up delivery I guess considering it didn't have to travel so far. Lets put it this way, I wanted my ride ASAP, but certainly do not regret the black, looks so sexy.

Anyhow, back to my experience, during my wait, paperwork had to be sent back and forth however this did not slow anything down, communication was top notch, got calls when attention was needed from Jeff himself. Although this man is extremely busy during most of my calls to MoT, Jeff responds to his emails promptly, even when he was off.

I am loving my ride, did a couple of small mods thus far, hopefully it doesn't screw up my warranty. Check the pics forum for my ride.

My last words is thumbs up to Jeff from MoT, he's the man. Thanks Jeff for a great shopping experience with my Mazda.:)

And don't forget to visit Vincent in Service! I had a great experience with him when I had to replace a shredded tire (1 car 3 drivers, don't ask :chuckle)
