Priorities

I've been researching a new car for quite some time. Currently driving an old, beat up, hand me down.
M3's seem like the perfect first car and I was so excited to find one that matched what I was looking for at Oakville Mazda.
The facility was clean, open and inviting. They are moving lots to a new dealership location and from what I can see they will benefit from more room at the new place.
The sales people were very good I found. Being that this was my first major step out into the real world, Erin (my sales person) made it very comfortable and easy. He even stayed late on a Thursday night to help me test drive and tell me all about the car! I really appreciated the respect and integrity that was offered here which many people don't find at other dealerships. Erin even pointed out knicks/bumps in the car that I couldn't see and explained they would be fixed for free.
My overall impression of the dealership was that it did a superb job of putting the customer first. I initially travelled all the way from KW to the dealership because of the reviews I read on here. That decision proved to be smart and beneficial.
Unfortunately, due to recent job news I was unable to move ahead and purchase the car of my dreams but I will be recommending and referring friends/family to this dealership for years to come. Well done Johnny and Erin, I appreciate all the hard work and understanding you showed to me!
If you're thinking about a Mazda and live in the GTA then you owe it to yourself to check this place out.
