Just wanted to know where and how I can get to add a picture on forums that make it change?

I wanna have about 4 pictures change into each other

As far as I know, it's an actual slide show that's been enabled on that website.

Yeah, creating an animated GIF is the easiest/smallest file. You can also create a flash image if you wanted. If you need any help with creating one, shoot me a PM.
