I go to turn my lights on 2 nights ago and the Hid's come on for about 2 seconds then die.
I looked into the problem yesterday, it's not a grounding issue doesn't seem to be a fuse because if I plug in a factory H7 bulb back in the socket it lights up.
Both sides are not working and I have no idea why or what else to look at.

ballasts?

Could be the igniters or both ballasts are shot. Check the wiring harness to the battery. If you hooked up your HID's to the parking light, check the connection.

Yup I check that connection, it's solid. What are the chance of having both shot at the same time though lol
How do I check the wiring harness? I don't have any spare wires..
When I do turn on the lights, it still "Clicks"

AFAIK, the wiring harness to the battery also has a fuse, so check that. You said the lights still click...you mean the HIDs?

I guess, cause when HID's are turned on it makes a clicking sound right?

Do they still at least fire before going off or do they not turn on at all now?

No firing at all now, the fuse for the wiring harness to the battery is ok, just checked.
Mine don't buzz but I do remember it making a clicking sound when I turn them on.

The "buzz" is usually from the ballasts. The "click" is from a relay, either stock or from your harness. If both aren't turning on I would say it might be harness/fuse related. Otherwise you have had some really bad luck and had 2 components go at once.
I would start by testing the components individually. Try swapping ballasts, ignitors and bulbs. See if that does anything. Then move on to testing the harness.
It's one of the following FOR SURE, if you say stock bulbs work when you plug them back in. HID bulb, ballast, ignitor or harness.

Alright I guess I'll have to try that, all the fuses seem fine though.
Thanks for all the input.

I think your bulb went bonkers, time to replace bulbs.

lol...just like that you know what the problem is? You may be right, but don't assume it's just the bulbs.

If it was one light I would have suggested it was the ballast but both going out at the same time is very odd.
Have it checked by Rich at Street Performance. Had a problem with my HID's a few weeks ago and he checked it out in 5 minutes and had the problem determined. Made an appointment the following week to have it fixed when I got the replacement part.

The kit is 3 yrs old so maybe it's done. I had extra bulbs so I tried them they still didn't fire.
So I'm guessing it's either the wiring harness, the controller or the ballast. It is odd that it died together.
I got a new kit coming so, I'll probably just replace everything.

Maybe a faulty relay?

could be the ignitors not igniting.

just check if you have 12V going to the connector that plugs into the ballast from the relay. if you do then its the ballast and if you dont then its the relay or the harness
and if you dont then check if you have 12V going into the relay. also someone mentioned it. the relay should click on if it has 12V.
