Removing Fog Lights for Tinting

I searched the whole site and was unable to find a how to for removing fog lights so that i can apply a tint to them. Can anyone help me out!?

here is a right up i found to

1.jak up one side
2.removed 3 screws on both front edge of the cover below the fog light.
3.now you can tear down ( not totally removed) the black plastic cover hold by those screws.

Why would you need to remove them? Shinzo applied my film with the fogs still on the car.
