Is it possible to mix the two / has anyone tried it / where can I do it? I was thinking about going to Wasaga Beach but not sure if you can bbq there. I will be bringing my own things. If not, can someone bring a suggestion?

I was thinking about this place before too!! It does not say where I can bbq at Wasaga Beach though.

ahhh yeah... wasaga I'm not too sure about, definitely not on the main beach. I think there's an info line you can call to find out exactly where you can do it...

+1 You can BBQ here. It's a public park so anything goes I think. hahaha as for drinking, definitely can't have it out in the open so keep it as discreet as possible. There are cops that patrol the area.

But Cherry Beach would be the nicest place and you can just walk over to the beach afterwards.
