Hey everyone.

Went to Ajax Mazda this morning to fix an annoying squeak that was coming from the OEM hatch spoiler. Originally had a very tough time with another dealership to fix it. To cut a long story short, went to Ajax Mazda, my appointment was for 8am and I was in the car driving away at 9:40am with my problem fixed under warranty (with approx 5 mins trying to fix a jammed printer which ate my copy of the work order lol). I dealt with Jeff who was very clear while explaining to me what was wrong, what they did to fix it, then how they took my car out for a second test drive to ensure the the noise was gone. It was; and that was it. Short and sweet experience at the service department at Ajax Mazda.

Yeah it was some sort of plastic clip that wasn't aligned properly, and I suppose was rubbing against the body of the car.

Just got my foggers and spoiler yesterday. Had an appointment @ 9am, had the car back by 11:45. Can't complain about the timeframe, and they even gave me a rental - a Suzuki Swift, I think they gave me that car to appreciate the 3 more ha! One small problem I had which I remembered from different people saying to always check your care after you leave from service, was they got some glue on the actual spoiler. They were good to clean it off and polish it up, so all in all, fairly satisfied for my first "service" experience.
