View Full Version : where and how far will HID go?
there are some countries (brazil, malaysia, taiwan)and areas allowing no HID on roads because HID are too shine to blink other drivers' eyes! i donot know where and how far will HID go in the future? can guys show your ideas?

i use a 12v 55w 4300k kit on my honda car, it is bloody bright!!!!!

but i know that in some countries, laws on HID are harsher and harsher today to use HID. i am afraid it is not able to use HID someday. :complain
Just sit and watch traffic in Toronto for 30 minutes. HIDs are here to stay and like stated already they will be on almost every car in the next 5-10 years.

Unless you buy a Cadillac Escalade.. that thing has LED headlights, I think 50 in each housing.. its the new direction..
On a side note, I saw a new A4 yesteray, and holy mother the DRL's on that thing were bright!! Just the simple LED strip and geez I tell ya!

do you have projector headlights? or did you slap some HID into a reflector housing that was meant for halogens?
