For anyone else that is in the Brant St area (I know there are a few of you!), did you see the police action?
I was coming home via north service road at 5pm, and saw 1 cop crusier rip through in iontersection, lights and sirens blaring. 1min later I see a cop coming behind me with his lights on, and take off up Brant. As I finally get onto Brant st, near the Shell @ Mount Forest, I see 3 cop cars facing each other in the middle turning lane.
Im waiting at the stop light, 1 cop pulls up beside me, turns lights off, waits for light to turn and then takes off, and I see him turn up Amherst Heights Dr. As I get closer I see a supervisor cop car coming south on Brant, look down amhersts heights and I see 2 more cars!
Going to pick my g/f up from work at 7, as Im coming back down Brant I see 2 cruisers blocking Amherst Dr with their lights on, and a white van parked, and then I see a CHCH news truck parked on the 407 overpass.
Coming back from picking my g/f up I look down Amherst again (2 cops are gone from blocking the st) and I see 1 undercover car, and 2 more cruisers....)
Not wanting them to bother me I never bothered to actually go down the street.
Now, later that night I take my dog for a walk, come back home and go out for a bike ride to finally investigate this crap, only to see nothing around anymore, but on my way back to my street I pass 2 kids who were asking me if I heard about the shooting??????
I didn't really hear them as I had headphones half on, and didn't want to stop and talk to them.
Watching CHCH this morning, like every other morning I see nothing about this!!?
