View Full Version : Erin Mills Mazda Bad Service experience!!!!

Hi All,

I've been register in this Forum for more than 2 yrs but not very active.

Just want to share my bad experience with Erin Mills Mazda.. I had Mazda MPV before and it gave me so much problem, I normally bring the car at Erin Mills Mazda for maintenance and other problems.. but everytim I got there and they will fix the problem after a week the same problem will occur, so I decided to replaced the car even im not yet done with my leased, then I took Mazda 3 and it is really good but last time I went there I asked for tire rotation and what I normally do is put a mark on the tire to see if they will really rotate it.. first time they did not rotate it but I did not complaint that time because I just noticed it when I got home.. but this morning I went for seasonal check up and that includes Tire Rotation.. and they did not rotate it again.. before I leave I asked the service Advisor if the tire was rotate.. and he was telling me 100% sure it was rotate.. and then I showed him my mark on the tire and he was like " oh it was not rotate it was just checked but the receipt that I had says it was rotate and he guaranteed me it was rotate... hahaha..what a bunch of LIAR!! then I spoke with the Service manager (Joe) I think he is new.. then he started to offer me free maintenance for the next vist.. wtf?? do you think all people will be happy and forget everything by just giving a free maintenance..

I am writing this letter just to inform the forum what bad service the Erin Mills Mazda have...

Anyone here has a suggestion what is the best place to service Mazda? I had bad experience also with Mazda Dixie 401.

Agincourt if you are willing to make the drive East. If you want to stay in the west end Oakville Mazda

+1 for Agincourt Mazda but you may be too far ? It is definitely worth the drive though to have Karen and her team look after your car for you.

If anyone in this forum had the same experienced please let me know and message me, I'm trying to gather more complaint and planning to take legal action against them. I will call Consumer Bureau to inform them about my concern.

I'm sorry, but on two separate occasions corners were cut. It's not a matter of just upsetting the client, it's a matter of lying and cheating people of their money.
I hope you can shape up the dealership...

way more than 2 occasions (counting other threads) but +1 I hope he can turn around the dealership

Worst service department and ill-mannered people. Parts department is great and the sales team but service....NEVER!

Thanks Jason, I'm planning to have a wheel balance & alignment, I'm feeling something different when I step on the gas it's not smooth unlike before. are there any promo in your location for these service?

Last time I went to Erin Mills Mazda for 48000km service they charged me for a tire rotation even though I watched them complete the whole procedure without doing the rotation. At that point the staff members who always treated me well had moved to the Oakville dealership.

Since then I always drive the extra 15 minutes to Oakville Mazda.

we have changed lot of things here and are working with every customer but since you have alresdy moved I would not touch as I myself have lot of reagrds for Jason and Tiffiney
