So last day I was driving back from out of town when I heard a weird thunk, didin't know what it was.

As I was unloading my trunk I noticed one of the bags was very wet. I checked my trunk and there was a weird soapy like fluid in the carpeting mat. At first I thought some shamploo exploded or something, but I checked all the bags and none of them seemed to be leaking.

The liquid is sort of soapy, like if I rub it with my hand it makes white foam. I dont know if its related to the thunk I heard (I really hope not), but that was the only strange thing I could think of when I was driving back.

Anyone have any clue what it might be? If I need to bring it in to the dealer, I'd like to know now instead of driving around and makeing it worse lol

Sounds like something either tipped over or leaked even though you said you checked. There isn't any type of soapy fluid back there. What did it smell like?

Did you take your car for a car wash?

it doesnt smell like anything either, which it should have if it was soap or shampoo

the last time i washed my car was a week or two ago

im just mainly concerned in case something broke and its leaking fluid, but i cant think of anything that would leak into the trunk

There's nothing back there except for your blinker fluid. That might be leaking... chuckle:

But in all seriousness. There's nothing back there that would leak into the trunk. I wouldn't worry abut it unless it stays there or comes back again.

Clean the soppy fluid up then go back to the same car wash you went to and see what happens
