they have an amazing service area with a drive trhu and nice lounge.
all the sales people are amazing and take care of their customers not just at the time of sale but afterwards as well.
please don't make any negative feedback unless you've actually been to the dealership.
for the moderators I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong section but if I didn't...cheers. :bang

the service advisor doesnt know how to charge labour if you bring in your own oil. Seemed like he didnt know what he was doing.

Interesting. Heard about this dealership. I guess it'll be judged on how well it handles modded cars, TSBs and warranties.

Wondering if anyone else has had experience with these guys lately. Pretty quiet for a dealership that's been open for about half a year now. They are in sort of a hard-to-find location I suppose. Dunno if I should take my car there for service; they are a bit closer to me than Avante but Avante's always treated me well.

Its in the same plaza as the Honda dealership across from Mitsubishi all the way in the back.

I just bought a Tribute from this dealer....2 weeks after I purchased it, it is sitting in the shop with major transmission problems. Is that what Mazda means by ZOOM ZOOM....lol. Yeah ZOOM ZOOM right into the repair shop!

I've had two service visits to Maple Mazda now, and I have to say that they've been impeccable both times. In and out on a oil change in 23 minutes at the most. (Yes, I timed it) However, I did skip the complementary car wash both times. The staff are very friendly, including Debbie and Adam. Also, I have aftermarket rims on my M3, so I prefer to run my tire pressures a little higher than recommended. The tech came out to tell me that he noticed my tire pressures and did not fiddle with them. (Very much appreciated.)

Maple Mazda is really a hidden gem. Oh, and they Tweet service deals periodically as well.

My service experience with these guys hasn't been good. I've been consistently charged for stuff that was not done (WWAF top up for $5+ when I filled it up before going in???).

Also had a friend have his wheel almost fall off after tire rotation, as they didn't tighten the lugs properly. He had to retighten them on the side of the 400.

Service advisors were friendly and good to deal with, but I hate having to go over my invoice with a fine toothed comb for every service visit before paying.

No more for me.

Rob.

I have to say that our experience with Maple Mazda has been nothing short of excellent. My wife purchased a 2011 spirited green Mazda2, we were so happy with the service from Maple Mazda that I decided to trade in my 2008.5 Galaxy Grey Mazda3 sport GT for a 2010 Mica Black MazdaSpeed3. Our last experience with a Mazda dealership left a sour taste in our mouths. A big thank you to Maple Mazda for treating us with respect, answering all our questions & concerns and most importantly not pressuring us into a sale. Marco, Sam, & Bill really went all out to make us happy with our Mazda’s. I would also like to thank the person behind the scenes; Tiffany. Her amazing reputation has followed her from QEW Mazda to Maple Mazda. I definitely would recommend Maple Mazda to others.
