Closest to me but reviews pre-move have kept me away. Anybody been to their new location? Same owner? Same service?

So far - Service sucks.
We took our truck in Monday for servicing. Dropped it off at 7:30am, asked for a replacement vehicle. Was told they only give them out when a vehicle is in overnight.
Tell them what the problem is - clearly covered under warranty. They arent so sure and have to look into it. They will call if there are any issues and wont proceed if the job will cost us coin until they speak to us. Call at 2pm for an update, cant get a hold of service. Then they call at 6:00pm to say the truck isnt ready, they dont know if it is covered under warranty, and the part isnt in.
So now we dont have a truck, or a replacement car. They say we can go rent a car from discount as they are affiliated with Ajax Mazda. But they dont know if the issue is covered by warranty so they cant say that the rental would be covered.
Had to call yesterday and ask a big WTF to find out what is happening with the truck. They say oh we got it, the part will be in tomorrow (today now). There is a $50 deductible for the warranty, and $50 to cover the replacement of the actuator (under warranty, even after the dealer said that they were fixing it before we picked up the car 6 weeks ago)
The service girl was great in getting back to me once I bitched about what the status was, but other then that, I wont deal with them.
Our truck is at Ajax mazda now and my car just went into Agincourt Mazda for repair. I refused to take it into Ajax Mazda after this BS
lol I stopped going to Ajax Mazda a LONGGGG time ago.... they effing blow there. The service sucks arse and its very slow.
I go only to Agincourt now. Its close enough... go there.

Oh and for the record, we are not paying the $50 for the actuator. I called them out on that BS. They promised to have that fixed when we bought the truck 6 weeks ago. They didnt have the part on them and said at pick up, to bring it back once the part came in. Now they are trying to claim it under the warranty. Told them no dice, not paying a deductible for that when it was supposed to be dealer covered.

OK... sticking with MOT then... close to my office and bought it there to boot.
Cheers and here's hoping Ajax Mazda gets a clue! Read the forums and react when your reputation is shitty!
I'm glad that I know now to avoid Mazda Ajax. I was just about to go there to get some recall work done (ie. wiring harness and DRL) since its close, but I think I'll be going to Agincourt. I definitely need the work done quick and will require another car for the time its in the shop. I sure as hell want to avoid the hassle.
