Im down in ottawa, and i just hooked up some HID'S which are sweet! but, now i dont have any DRL'S as i hooked them to my parking lights. Has anyone else done this? Is it illegal to drive without them ?

Solutions would be great!

o, i was told about the anti flicker capacitor , but the guys down at the shop i bought it from, says it only works 30% of the time. They have 3 differnt types of capacitors and when they install on mazdas, it just sometimes works, sometimes doesnt its really luck...
