i need help

its about my lights, thursday night last week i was driving on the way home from work, and my lights keep on cutting off, its happening when i give a gas, shifting, from 1st gear to second gear, and down shifting, i dont know if its the alternator but i tested it by using a multimeter and voltage results good, i dont know if its enough test to know if the alternator is going, can someone give me infos about these,.
oh i have hid and drl bypass too

Sounds like a wiring issue with the lights. If it was the alternator you would other things cutting out as well... like the engine. I would guess a wire related to the headlights is attached to both the engine and the body and is being pulled on when then engine moves when shift gears etc. Another possibilty might be a would faulty ground strap between the engine and the body... but I think you would notice the instrument cluster blanking out as well if that were the case.
