Recently my 2005 Mazda 3 started to shake real bad(from engine) after a long highway drive when I come to a stop.
It only does it after a long highway drive. I have no warning lights coming up..b4 i did the flash it would stall after it shook. But now after the flash it jus vibrates and feels as if it almost wants to stall.
I have had the throttle body cleaned still had the same problem after wards.
Anybody have a similar case?

What 'flash' are you referring to? Do you have auto or manual, and how many RPM is the tach dipping to when you say it feels like it's going to stall?

has a tune up ever been done? what about the fuel pressure, did they inspect it after a test drive? does the check engine light come on? if everything looks good, the throttle body may need replacement

the ecu flash.
the rpm doesnt dip by much like not even 600 but i can see it try to go down but doesn't. Its idling at 700 rpm.
Its automatic.
Getting it tuned up tmr morning..hopefully it solves the problem.
No lights. Had it diagnostic test ran on it nothing was found in it. No misfires reported but the spark plugs are a lil worn out. He said he did see some oil deposits on one of the plugs.
Just outta curiosity how big of a job is getting the throttle body replaced?(money and time)
Thanks guys appreciate the help.
Have them reflash the PCM.

If you are sure that it's engine vibrating, check the motor mounts. That won't cause it to stall though.
If it's choking (different than vibrating), it's either air or fuel starvation -- clean the air filter, check for vacuum leaks, check the spark plugs.

had a similar issue approx 2 mths ago I thought it was the coil packs at first since it seemed as though the car was misfiring..... turns out there was a short in the maf sensor one of the wires was kinking.. which is why the problem was intermittent

put in new plugs the other day went for my weekly long drives atfirst i thought maybe it was solved because there was no vibration but as it idled longer i felt a lil of that crazy vibrating/shaking.
i had my motor mount replaced before and that didnt solve it.
so now tomorrow i hope to go back and ask them to check for leaks and the maf sensor.
wish me luck.

I had a similar problem with my car last week! shaking while idle!!
Turns out the solinoid vacume pump wasnt working! I got that fixed and now its fine again!!
No more shaking at all!! Runs smooth now even when idling!!

Last winter, I was driving on highway during rush hour, I was kind of stopped and was rolling forward slowly, the rpm was low, and the car stalled.

same thing happend to my dads 3 its the pcv solenoid...i read up on it and they tend to mess up and cause vibration and the revs drop because there isn't enough pressure in the tranny or something like that. there is a replacement part from Mazda... i may also be something else but i just sounded like what happened to my dads. good luck
