Having purchased a few of vehicles in my time I must say that the experience I had with the folks at Avante Mazda was outstanding. I was looking to test drive used Mazdas and had decided to try Avante based on great word of mouth from three different friends. I wasn't dissapointed! From the moment Domenic Spagnolo introduced himself and offered to explain any details I needed, through to Adam Wood's expertise and sense of humour to Thushen Naidoo's helpful and personal touch. Three world class gentleman that made my purchase much more enjoyable. This dealership truly believes in the client and values their business. Very impressive.:winner:

So who is Adam Wood and who is Thushen Naidoo's? Did you have a note pad and write down all their names? ... if this is legit then it's great that you had a good experience.

I have to agree. All staff from the moment I walked in took great care of me and very professional (esp. compared to other dealerships and competitors). Highly recommend them for any prospective buyers!

glad to hear about a truly good experience at a mazda dealership.. those are hard to come by lol

Went there to look for a 2010 MZ3 about 1 month ago, the sales guy is great to talk to but when it's time to negotiate the price, that was a different story.

Therefore, I have to disagree with the OP. Eventually, got the deal at Mazda of Toronto. I paid what I want to pay !

Yeah. Similar experiences here. Great dealership, great people, but negotiating is a bit of a challenge with them. I have no issues with taking my car to them for service though, they do good work there.
