I'm so pumped for this coming weekends huge fight. I think Manny will win at the 10th round TKO. :headbang

I'd like to get everyones prediction of the fight. I personally think that Cotto is gonna give Manny the fight of his life and I'm hoping that Manny is focused enough for the challenge.

We're doing the Pacman party with the 50" Panasonic, HD, surround sound, etc
gotta hit the liquor store cause you know the titas will be hooking up the pot-luck munchies.

Dayum, Cotto is looking good. I'm a little concerned with the distractions in Manny's corner, I hope his focus will isolate him from it all. I'm going to say Manny by decision.

First time ordering a PPV. I purchased it on the STB connected to the small TV thinking I could watch it on any TV in the house. OOPS. Gotta move the STB to one of the larger sets before the guests arrive.

I used to work at Rogers, hint: If a friend has a crazy channel package with everything and you hook up his/her box to your basic cable, you get all the channels in their package :chuckle

Going into the fight Cotto's power had me worried, but Manny just kept on taking everything that Cotto could dish out! By the later rounds it seemed like Manny became the larger boxer of the two and just stalked Cotto around the ring even going so far as to cutting off Cotto when he began to back-pedal.

Much respect has to go out Cotto, no matter how bloody or mashed up his face got, his legs kept going - if the referee didn't stop the fight I think he would have ended the fight on his feet.

Before this fight I respected Manny's fighting skills and his hand speed, but after this fight I now also respect his "ring smarts" and his resilience!

Congrats Manny! The best just got better.

He sang at his victory party right after the Cotto fight. He also sang his entrance theme song that he used for the Hatton fight - I remember hearing it all over the radio when I was in the Philippines in June! Of course if his singing career doesn't pan out, he will either be a politician or an actor...or both.
