My girlfriend recently purchased a Mazda 3 (2010) at Prima Mazda, and the service was very exceptional. The sales manager we dealt with was very efficient, and very kind returning every call, and getting back to me asap. I would highly recommend Prima, and dealing with Dennis, great salesman.

I go to prima mazda all the time for service, I recently went in for a 48 km service and had a very good service performed by a tech his name is Frank. I think he is new. He lubed all my hinges, topped up my fluids, actually serviced my brakes made sure my tire pressures were set for winter and recommended services but said they could wait until next service, he even went as far as lubing my wiper arms!! Excellent service well done If you want great service Just ask for Frank. If it wasnt for him I dont think i would be going back, The service manager or fixed operation manager is a big time waste of breath and energy he does nothing for the service department, does not acknowledge his customer base or offer a friendly smile, upper management should look into making a change, some of my friends and family refuse to go there because of him and those are just the i know about.
