Poured the recommended amount into my tank (so not the whole bottle).
I'm on my 2nd tank of gas after pour it in.

Mileage
Put this in at 100,000 KM
I typically get 300KM (and never reach beyond this) at 1/2 tank mark. I'm now at 360 KM.
Once I fill up, I'll provide a L/100KM.

Canadian Tire
If you cant find it here, ask someone for it. I had to ask for it. Waterloo CT looks it up.

Other
I don't notice more power.
I do notice a louder ticking noise during idle, I'm assuming its the fuel injectors.
I do notice smooth engine revs.

Sorry if there isn't more information, I don't know what else to look out for.
Feel free to post a review if you used this product.

I guess the louder ticking is a good sign of freely moving and solidly working injectors :)

So you are agree with my assumption right?
I was worried it was wishful thinking, lol

How much cleaner did you end up putting into the tank ? Approx 3oz ?

The bottle said it can clean X gal. (I forgot what X is)
I converted it to Liters, Y.

Then 55L/Y, and that is the percentage of the bottle I put in. (I eye balled it).

update:
I got 7.87755L/100KM just now. Recently, I average between 8.7 to 9.1 L/100km.

Wow 7.8L/100KM is really good for the MZ3. Is your car a manual or auto? 2.0L or 2.3?

5sp-Auto 2.3L, I do mostly highway though.

I just checked the bottle
For Quick Clean, one bottle is 20Gal, which is about 75L
100Gal is for on-going use

Hm that makes sense I guess. I'm getting what looks like 8.8L Avg, but I do mostly city driving. I'm hoping that 8.8 is on the high side for me, as I had to reset my ECU a few times, and some of my KM readings might be off a bit.
