philips weathervision

has anyone tried the philips weathervison halogen bulbs? there hard to find, and info on them is even harder to find, i was thinking about throwing them in as my lowbeams

Probably better off in the highbeams or fogs. Let me know if you know where to source them. I am looking for a yellow weather bulb for my highs.
