Non-turbo Supra... My interest was peaked... But meh. You'd have to swap the engine and it's a right hand drive, which would drive me crazy. At least Timmy's doesn't discriminate :P

It probably has something to do with those cars sitting in their inventory since early this year, without them being able to sell them locally. SAAQ banned all new registration of RHD vehicles saying they were a safety concern.

Thats what makes it worth so much more to me. I would love to own a RHD car, for the unique factor. I know it would be a PITA to drive, but sooo worth it :D

5k for a supra is worth the money... but the state/ how bad how these cars been beaten..... I bet they are in rough shape or safety may be an issue... Gizzmo if your up for it I'll pitch in $2500 if ya wanna split the supra lol

Its NA Supra and its a lot of work to swap engine and a tranny for a twin turbo set up. As well as many othet things like ECU etc..
Twin turbo Supras would cost around 20k and with LHD same year would be around 30k+

Driving on RHD car isnt so bad, only thing sucks is you cant go thru drive-thru or undergound parking lots. One time I went to the states and it was a pain in the butt to reach to another side just to give my passport.

BTW they sell cars as is because its a rhd car. Headlights might not pass safety depending on who is doing it

Ya but once its registered in Ontario, it stays in Ontario. Which means you can still drive it and you'll be one of few to one a JDM muscle car. Im expecting prices to go up then for thes rare cars
