Heat seats will not turn off

Hi,

I just got the Mazda 3 Sports GT with the heat seats. So some reason, even when the seats are at 0, they will not turn off. I could barely sit on the seat as it was really hot, but the level is at 0.

I did notice that if I change the climate control air position to point only to the head, it sorts of turn it off. Heard of this problem?

there's a TSB for this problem... so apparently it was common enough... go to the dealer!

What year is this for?

Has to be a 2010 if there is a # setting for the heated seats. Anything older just has "on" and "off"
