Cook your own meat!!!!! It's amazing.

yea i been to a korean gill house in Mississauga it was good but i rly wanna try a hotpot restaurant. i only know of one good in Markham area

this is a lil diff than a grill house, instead of just cooking meat u make ur own soup its split in 2 so u and others can have 2 diff flavors!

I've been to a few hot pot places, all in Markham;

iCook at Warden/Steeles north-west corner. You have your own pot and flavoured soup-base to choose from. Quite a bit of food, self-serve (get up and get it yourself from the food section). The only con is that it's relatively expensive compared to the rest of the places I've been to. That and the floors are usually wet; wear rubber-soled shoes haha. All you can eat.

100 Degrees at East Beaver Creek and Hwy7, north-west corner right in front of the Sheraton Parkway. It wasn't good. Not a lot of food choices and their seafood "add-on" sucks (didn't even bother ordering it cuz it's only ONE plate). All you can eat.

Tao's Hot Pot Restaurant, East Wilmot directly north of World Bowl. I like this place the best. Good selection and all you can eat.

I know there's the Rolling Pot directly west of Pacific Mall in the TD Bank plaza but I've never tried.

Destiny BBT in Markham is in the area of restaurants just east of East Beaver Creek, north of Hwy7. You'll find the Nava, Alice Fazooli's, Marlowe, etc in that area. Destiny is straight in. You can't miss it.

Go For Tea is in the same plaza as and right beside Brix, south of Hwy7 south of East Beaver Creek.

Sorry dude my memory is bad like fish. I just remember iCook was pretty expensive. Four of us went and it worked out to like $27 each at the end.

Like SSG said, just go to Kim Tao, across the street from World Bowl. One of the best hot pot restaurants in Markham area.

Have you been to the Bubble Tea place here in Hamilton on Main Street in the Effort Trust building at the bottom? That place is pretty good and it's open late from what I can remember...

And it's close to us!

Imo, going out for hotpot sucks. Hotpot at home = win. You can buy whatever you want, make whatever soup you want, and stay as long as you want!
