ok so today during my break I brought my 2010 to a coin car wash and washed my car thoroughly including underneath the car; I washed underneath by spraying the water from the bottom side of the car. When I went back inside my car, there was water leaking through the cup holder. I cleaned it up, however, when I got home 6 hours later, water was still leaking.
Here are some pics I took that show where the water is leaking / coming through...

Well that's extremely odd. Did you remove the cup holders to see if it was wet below?
Since it's brand new still your should take it back to the dealer

I dont know how to remove the entire cupholder compartment but its leaking through a small gap at the top. Is it possible I sprayed underneath at a bad angle?

It shouldn't leak in your car at all

No there should be no way for water to get in there. I'm pretty sure the cup holders just pull out like in previous years.
If you can make it happen again, take it to the dealership if you can't figure it out.

Welcome to the joys of owning a Mazda 3 the fun is just starting! :headbang Good luck. If it has half the problems my 2004, you'll need it. But yeah that is weird. Make the dealer fix it and don't let them tell you its normal.
