Hey guys, Im looking to buy my first mazda and I searched on this forum and there is nothing about this dealer.. I saw ads that this place have some mazda3s and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it..
In addition, where else would be a good place to buy a USED mazda3? Im looking around in private sales and there arent many, so I guess I have to consider dealers.
I read alot of post saying Downsview is bad but they do have cheap stuff there, maybe I should check it out....
Im looking for a 2006 mazda 3 GT sedan.....
thanks for helping =)

thanks phil05gx for clarification,
Yes I want a sedan and automatic also....
but does anyone have experience with Jimiline Fine Cars Ltd?
I'm looking around for Mazda3's as well. I've been seeing alot of them pop up at Jimiline Fine Cars. But I haven't heard any reviews of this place. I can only imagine they're very much like Downsview Auto. Gotta watch out for those.
I went last nite to the Kia Dealership by Erin Mills Mazda. They have an 07 GT in Auto. Grey in colour. Only reason why I couldn't pick it up was the lack of a moonroof. This car is for my girl and she can't live without the moonroof. Too bad. The car only has 32k on the clock and it's going for $14995.
A steal really.
Still keeping my eyes open.

I bought my White 05 Mazda3 gt Sedan with about 80k on the clock from Jimmiline in August, and had a fairly good experience...thus far the only maintenance has been a broken gas cap, which was like that when I got it, but didnt trigger the engine light till about 5000k later, incidentally enough just after it came back from servicing at Everyones Favorite Mazada Dealership MOT. But back to the point, Ive gotten 3 oil changes since and a transmission flush, and am about 103k now. So I have had a good experience, I worked with Sam there, and he was really nice overall.
Hope that helps!

Jimmy and Sam safety all their cars at MOT and buy their parts from me as well both great guys.
I guess those guys are not like Downsview Auto.
I might check them out. They do have a few cars that look interesting.

That's good to hear that they are associated with MOT. It gives me better peace of mind.
Thanks for that tip Flipdady.

So any updates on this dealership? They have a few Mazda 3's that I am interested in. Before I waste anytime with them, do they have the no test drive BS policy that Downsview Auto has?

Hey, I just went to Jimiline and can tell you about my experience. Although I should mention that was the first used car dealer I've ever been to so I'm not really sure what's normal. Overall, it seemed okay. I test drove an 06 Mazda3. The car was clean, and drove well. However, the dealer (Jimmy) told me that the AC was ice-cold but it didn't work when I turned it on. He said he would fill it with freeon "at no charge" but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't have fixed it and the air conditioner doesn't fall under the warranty. He was also resistant at first to me taking it to my own mechanic rather than a mazda dealership, but eventually agreed so long as I would pay for my own gas to take it there. He also wouldn't let me take it on the highway because it was "too far away" and, although it was about a 7 minute drive to the highway, I needed to see how the car dealt with higher speeds. Overall, Jimmy seemed like a nice guy but there were some issues with the car that I felt I had to discover myself. It doesn't sound as bad as what people are saying about Downsview, that's for sure. I didn't end up getting the one I test drove so I can't give you much more information than that, but hopefully that helps if you're still looking around. My conclusion is: try everything out on the car and don't expect FULL disclosure about every problem but it's probably worth a try if they have a car you like. Although, as I said, this could be the same for all used car dealerships. Hope that helps!

update on my 05 White Mazda3 GT auto....at 123K now and going strong, got the rear brakes done at about 110K and will be needing new tires fairly soon, but still nothing major to report....so far so good experience!
They were easy to work with and helped me out with my trade.....Also with Sam and Jimmy dont be afraid to go in and ask for what you want and theyll try their best to go to the auction and get the cars that come back from leases...my car I never even saw, told Sam what I was looking for he went and got it and called me let me know he had a white mazda3 with this many kms on it...and he thought the car was well maintained (up to date maintainence wise) ....came by to check it out and didnt think twice....
