Anyone buy a Toyota Camry 2009 recently?

I haven't bought a new car in like seven years. Anyone buy a Toyota Camry 2009 recently? How did you go about negotiating a good deal? In the past, I would give the dealer a drive out price that I wanted and go from there. What about interest rates and rebates now-a-days? I am also thinking about getting a Honda Accord, but it seems like they don't advertise for 0.0% financing. In the past, Honda didn't seem to be flexible in negotiating also, not sure about now-a-days.Thanks.

Yeah I went to buy a Toyota earlier this year and the dealer told me to go buy a Mazda instead. I was wondering why he would drive me away from their product. Then it turns out Toyota was number 1 in problems this year. Turns out that salesman's name was Nostra Damus or Kevin, I can't remember.

I had a rental Camry when my car was getting fixed... the car is pretty sweet and my god the driver's seat goes back faaaar... so far that I could barely touch the pedals and I am 6'3". The 2.4 that they have in the base model I found was actually decent too. One of the things I laughed at was everytime you start the car it says "Welcome To Camry" LOL. Made me smile everytime I got in the car. It is a nice car and lots of room and fuel economy is amazing in the 4 CYL.

Get a Mazda 6 if you need size or a CX-7. As for a Camry, my mother got an 09 last year. As for getting a BNIB one, you will be looking at a 2010-2011.

My parents drive an 09 Camry. Rides smooth, but is underpowered if you get the 4-cyl model. Also, the steering feels very indirect and light. Other than that, its good value, comfortable, and roomy.
