engine cut outs

I was moving slowly in rush hour, as in not even pressing gas, and the engine cut out on the highway. What would cause this? This isn't the first time it has happened. i've noticed the car struggles at low rpm.

What year is your car?

Could be any number of things. However, at low rpm, a clogged or dirty TB (Throttle Body) can cause the conditions you describe, but you'd normally see some sticking and bouncing in the rpm's as well.

Is your car auto or manual and how many km's?

It is 2007, 2.0L engine and it is automatic.
I've read about this Solenoid valve issue, could that be it?

I was at a stop light and when it turned green, pressed the gas and the car died, like it stalled...my car is an automatic too.

I put in a bottle of fuel system cleaner hoping for a quick fix, this was over 2 years ago and it never happened again. This was my first time i put the fuel system cleaner into my car too and now I do it everytime i'm about to do an oil chain.
